WE HAVE A STATEMENT OF FAITH THAT EXPLAINS THE FOUNDATION OF OUR EXISTENCE AND GUIDES OUR WAY OF LIFE
WE BELIEVE……….
THE BIBLE
The Bible is inspired by God, without error, and the authority on which we base our faith, conduct, and doctrine.
SALVATION
God created man in His image and likeness. But he fell through disobedience, thereby incurring, both physical and spiritual death. Hence, man can obtain salvation only through the atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ.
COMMUNION
In the regular taking of Communion as an act of remembering what the Lord Jesus did for us on the cross.
RESURRECTION
There shall be a bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust. For the former, a resurrection unto life and the latter, a resurrection unto judgment.
THE TRINITY
In one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to earth as Savior of the world.
BAPTISM
Water baptism is a symbol of the cleansing power of the blood of Christ. It is a testimony of our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD
Every believer should be in a growing relationship with Jesus. By obeying God’s Word, yielding to the Holy Spirit, and conforming to the image of Christ.
SECOND ADVENT
The Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is imminent and shall be personal, visible, and pre-millennial—the believer’s blessed hope. It is a vital truth which is an incentive to holy living and faithful service.
